I've wanted to report for a few weeks now that I completed the It's Yoga, Yoga Challenge.
3 weeks of yoga, 5 days a week.
We finished by doing 108 Sun Salutations (A, B &C). To celebrate the Spring Equinox.
I was so nervous before we started, because I didn't trust my body. I didn't know how it was going to react. I thought I was going to die half way through! But I kept breathing and made it through. The whole group did them together. Leaving no one behind! Two hours of straight yoga!
But I did it and I'm so proud!
